i'm an only child. my favorite color is grey. i don't like cucumbers or melons. my eyes are made from shards of glass that shimmer blue-grey. i only have patience for what i have patience for.
Biography
Hello world?
I am a ceramic sculptor. I received my MFA from the University of Mississippi in 2010. I created this blog when I spent a sumer in Washington between my first and second year of graduate school. Now I use the space to provide "life" updates - photos of in progress and finished work, books I've read, places I've been, new recipes I've tried, etc. I don't write very frequently, but maybe someday this will change.
Interests
art, biking, reading, gardening, listening to music, BLT's, homegrown tomatoes, fresh/local peaches, Farmer's Market, gin, wood firing, fall, winter, and early spring, peonies,hydrangeas, gardenias, irises, the smell of rain and fresh cut grass
